Cacocum - Pioneers and students staged a kite festival against the blockade in the territory, thus joining the campaign of repudiation against this genocidal policy of the government of the United States against Cuba.

...the pioneers are the symbol of the future, of tomorrow, of the future march of the Revolution, of its future victories... with this phrase of the greatest Pioneer, Fidel Castro Ruz began the festival of kites against the blockade in the historical square ¨2 de diciembre¨ of the territory.

With the presence of the First Secretary of the Party in the municipality, Diosmanis Cruz Morales, the Deputy to the National Assembly of the Popular Power and President of the AMPP in the territory, Mariela Cruz Herrera, Raubelkis Aguilera Osorio, President of the OPJM in Holguin and other leaders of the political organizations and of the municipal and provincial masses.

During the event several cultural numbers were performed by the students and conducted by the art instructors of the different schools who were standing next to these little giants demanding the end of the blockade.

Jesús Manuel Rodríguez Suárez, pioneer of the elementary school "Expedicionarios de Corynthia" made an energetic intervention on behalf of the Cuban pioneers, with words against this crude policy that attacks our isla.
